Achieved an 80% Vendor Re-Sign Rate and Record-Breaking Ticket Sales for the World Deer Expo

The Challenge 


The World Deer Expo partnered with Noise New Media with clear goals in mind: increase awareness, drive advance online ticket sales, and capture email addresses from online purchasers to nurture future engagement. Noise created a digital campaign for the event that would not only bring in ticket sales but also set the Expo up for long-term success.

The Strategy

  • Seamless Ad Integration with Ticketing Systems:  Noise collaborated closely with the Expo’s ticketing team over two days to fully integrate ad platforms, a first for The World Deer Expo. This integration introduced AI-powered targeting and precise tracking, enabling accurate measurement of campaign success, all without disrupting the Expo’s busy pre-event schedule.

  • Leveraging First-Party Data for Effective Retargeting:  Using lists of past purchasers, website visitors, social media followers, and other first-party contacts, Noise created robust retargeting campaigns that engaged audiences where they already spent time: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and their email inboxes. This multi-channel approach helped the Expo reach high-intent audiences and maximize ticket conversions.

  • Enhancing Vendor Satisfaction and Re-Sign Rate:  The strategy wasn’t just about ticket sales. By driving strong attendance, Noise helped improve vendor satisfaction, leading to an increase in vendor re-signs for the next year. The re-sign rate jumped from 67% to 80%.
